Prepare financing proposals, lender presentations, financial information memoranda, and debt-raising materials. Analyze and support negotiations on financing terms, pricing, covenants, leverage, maturities, and repayment structures. Monitor debt obligations, liquidity, financing requirements, and covenant compliance.

Modeling, Pricing & Project EconomicsLead the development and review of integrated financial models for corporate planning, projects, concessions, investments, and strategic initiatives. partnerships, and investment opportunities across target international markets. Coordinate and manage financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, CAPEX, and financial risks.

Review financial models, forecasts, business plans, and transaction assumptions. Coordinate with Big 4 firms, investment banks, legal advisors, tax advisors, and other external consultants. Support transaction negotiations, purchase price analysis, acquisition financing, and post-acquisition value creation.

Valuations & Investment AnalysisLead valuation analyses for companies, projects, concessions, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Apply DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, project valuation, and other relevant methodologies. Assess enterprise value, equity value, transaction value, IRR, NPV, and investment returns.
