? Security Lead – XDR Migration ?

? About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Project Lead (7+ years of experience) to join a strategic security transformation program within a large international organization.

This role will focus on leading the end-to-end migration to a new XDR (Extended Detection & Response) platform across multiple entities, ensuring a smooth transition, strong stakeholder alignment, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will work in a highly international environment, coordinating teams across IT, Cybersecurity, SOC, vendors, and business stakeholders, while maintaining visibility over project risks, dependencies, milestones, and operational continuity.

This is a leadership and delivery-focused role, combining strong project management capabilities with a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations, XDR, SIEM, SOC processes, and incident response.

If you have experience leading complex cybersecurity transformation projects in large-scale environments and are comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior executives, this role could be a great fit.

? What you’ll do

? Lead the end-to-end delivery of the XDR migration across multiple entities and environments.

? Define and drive project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.

? Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Cybersecurity, SOC analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.

? Oversee the integration of the SOC with the new XDR platform, ensuring continuity of detection and response capabilities.

? Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior management and C-level.

? Track KPIs and prepare regular reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

? Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure alignment with delivery objectives.

? Ensure the project complies with internal security standards and applicable regulatory requirements.





? Support decision-making, escalation management, and resolution of project blockers.

? Must Have

? 7+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity environments.

? Strong experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity transformation projects.

? Solid understanding of XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, or similar solutions.

? Good knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM, incident response, and detection & response processes.

? Experience leading large-scale, multi-entity technology migrations.

? Strong stakeholder management experience, including communication with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

? Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and mitigation planning.

? Experience coordinating vendors and third-party providers.

? Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.

? Strong understanding of security standards, governance, and regulatory compliance.

? High level of English and experience working in international environments.

✨ Nice to Have

? PMP or Prince2 certification.

? Previous experience in large international or matrix organizations.

? Experience with enterprise-wide cybersecurity transformation programs.

? Exposure to SOC transformation or XDR/SIEM migration projects.

? Experience managing distributed teams across different countries or business entities.

? Previous experience reporting into steering committees or executive governance forums.
