As Data Analytics Lead, you own the analytical and semantic layer of Product Intelligence, shaping what data means and ensuring trust. You collaborate with Product and Engineering to define telemetry and success metrics, surf opportunities from product usage, and present insights to senior leadership. You drive data quality, governance, and AI-ready data definitions, guiding the analytics function with high autonomy and cross-functional influence.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Translate product usage and telemetry into product-led insights including upsell opportunities and churn prediction
- Conduct proactive analysis of user journeys, funnels, adoption, cohort and retention to inform PMs
- Define and own success metrics for features/releases and align understanding across teams
- Provide regular insights to senior management and engage with executive audiences
- Manage senior stakeholders and balance analytical priorities across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
- Own the semantic layer by defining core business entities and metrics to ensure consistent meaning across the company
- Champion an AI-ready data strategy with clear metric definitions and trustworthy data for AI/LLM tools
- Oversee data quality for the analytical layer with checks and issue resolution
- Build and maintain data catalog/documentation for data consumers
- Establish data governance practices for analytics, including ownership, lineage, definitions, and access
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to define/implement new product telemetry and verify it answers business questions
- Identify gaps in data collection and advocate for necessary instrumentation
- Define data requirements clearly and work with Data Engineering to deliver pipelines/models
- Contribute to semantic modeling and dashboard design within BI tools
- Promote agile, iterative ways of working and participate in team ceremonies
Responsabilidades
- 7+ years in data analytics/BI-related roles with high autonomy
- Strong SQL and experience querying data warehouses across multiple sources
- Experience delivering product-led insights and supporting revenue growth
- Proven ability to present strategy and insights to executives
- Hands-on experience with product telemetry, funnels, journeys, cohort and retention analysis
- Ability to define success metrics/KPIs and recognize when metrics may drive xugodme unintended behavior
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau) and building semantic models
- Solid data modeling knowledge (facts, dimensions, grain, SCDs)
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for data analysis
- Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery, AWS S3/Athena/Glue) and Git
- Experience specifying telemetry requirements with Product/Engineering
- Excellent communication skills with English fluency and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Lausanne
- Understanding of data quality, cataloging, governance, and AI readiness
