Support the development and execution of a global training strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

How You'll Make an ImpactSupport the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success. Gather insights and analyze data to identify skill gaps and prioritize high-impact learning initiatives.

Design and enhance training programs that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies. Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact. Implement and optimize processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content. Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives. Your ProfileBachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development. Hands‐on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials. Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyze feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programs.

Knowledge of learning management systems,



particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools. Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage. A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
