As an Enterprise Program Manager at Lighthouse, you guide large integral hotel accounts through end-to-end BI implementations and new product onboarding. You will orchestrate cross-functional programs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client objectives. You’ll bridge clients with Product and Engineering, shaping solutions and capturing requirements.

This role offers impact across top hospitality brands while supporting a mission to empower hoteliers to act faster with AI-driven insights.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Lighthouse solutions, including BI dashboards, for large global clients
- Plan and govern enterprise programs to ensure on-time delivery and objective attainment
- Set program governance and manage stakeholder expectations from properties to C-level executives
- Create and maintain project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools
- Serve as liaison between clients and Product/Engineering, gathering custom requirements and guiding delivery timelines
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project plans and regular status calls
- Represent EMEA clients,



providing actionable feedback to internal teams to improve products and processes

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience in a program or project management role with enterprise/global accounts
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge including hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently from planning to execution
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with experience engaging with C-level executives
- Tech-savvy with ability to understand data solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable with AI tools
- Autonomous xugodme work style across time zones, primarily APAC and AMER, with ability to influence internal teams
- Coachable and adaptable attitude with willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve
- Experience in SaaS, product rollouts or integrations (desirable)
- Experience in Revenue Management within hospitality (desirable)
