We are looking for an ERP Analyst (IFS) to support and evolve our enterprise systems. You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate operational needs into efficient ERP solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes.

The Day-to-Day

Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS;Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements;Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis;Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities;Participate in system upgrades,



patches, and continuous improvement initiatives;Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT;Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation;Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.);Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.

The Skills We Are Looking For

3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst;Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;Experience with IFS (strong asset);Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes;Experience with ERP configuration and user support;Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;Ability to translate business needs into system solutions;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
