In this role you will connect ESG, Engineering and Finance to embed sustainable metrics into financial strategies and disclosures. You will align technical and operations teams across countries to drive CO2 and cost savings, while managing ESG data collection and reporting. You’llbuild and track the portfolio’s ESG impact and support strategic initiatives with BI-driven insights.

This position offers cross-functional collaboration, international exposure, and a meaningful impact on the company’s sustainability ambitions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- ESG u0026 Finance Integration: align ESG metrics with financial strategy, disclosures, and decision-making across groups
- ESG Technical u0026 Operations Integration: coordinate country-level technical teams to reduce CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX
- Portfolio Management:



maintain and optimize the portfolio for CO2 and cost savings and strategic projects
- Data Collection u0026 Continuous Improvement: streamline ESG data processes, implement BI tools and PowerBI dashboards, and improve data reliability
- Management Reporting u0026 Strategic Projects: oversee ESG budget, track disclosures, and prepare executive reports

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Management consultancy experience and cross-functional collaboration xugodme in multinational environments
- Experience in portfolio management
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and SFDR frameworks
- Proven experience implementing BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows
- Advanced written and spoken English
