We support conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, and special events worldwide through accommodation management, venue sourcing, hospitality services, and operational event support, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional delegate experiences.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our growing team in Barcelona.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about events, hospitality, and international business, and who wants to build a long-term career within the events industry while working alongside experienced event, operations, and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and operational support across multiple projects
- Managing back-office and client support tasks
- Negotiating hotel rates, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Researching and sourcing hotels and event venues worldwide
- Supporting accommodation and transfer logistics for delegates
- Assisting with the delivery and management of events
- Maintaining strong relationships with hotels, venues, and industry partners
- Supporting international projects and travelling internationally as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Positive attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator and team player
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
Desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, events, or accommodation management
- Experience negotiating with suppliers or managing client relationships
