Join Dow as an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to define opportunities, shape sourcing strategies, and optimize supplier relationships to drive value and sustainable outcomes. You will navigate market dynamics, lead supplier qualification and negotiation, and guide cross-functional teams in complex procurement activities. This role offers impact across safety, quality, and productivity while contributing to Dow’s mission of a sustainable future through science and collaboration.

- Clarify purchase scope with stakeholders and define service requirements
- Drive value from the market by leveraging market knowledge and best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assess risk profiles of markets, suppliers, and purchases
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies ensuring safety, qualification, and compliance




- Lead sourcing projects: RFI/RFQ/RFP, competitive bidding, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements aligned with regional/integral strategies
- Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluation and drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for continuous improvement
- Elevate team performance through influential leadership

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 10 years of relevant working experience xugodme
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work legally in the United States (US-based role) with no visa sponsorship available
