What You Will Be Responsible For

Showroom management & coordination: You take ownership of the day-to-day coordination, organization, and upkeep of our collection showrooms, ensuring they are continuously updated for seasonal launches, product drops, and key appointments.

Cross-functional coordination: You work closely with corporate Merchandising, Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams to align on collections, product availability, and brand standards while supporting the Head of Design’s vision.

Online looks & styling: You prepare and maintain online looks and outfit combinations that showcase collections in a clear and compelling way for digital, commercial, and internal presentations.

Design & brand support:



You support the Head of Design across a range of creative and operational topics, including brand manuals, marketing initiatives, campaign styling, and visual presentation materials.

Product & collection organization: You maintain an up-to-date overview of showroom stock, track new drops, coordinate sample movements, and resolve showroom-related issues proactively.

What We Are Looking For

Your educational path: You have completed a university degree or vocational training in Fashion, Textile Management, Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related discipline.

Your strengths: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and fashion-driven with a strong visual sense. You bring a proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines while working seamlessly with both creative and commercial teams.

Your profile: You bring previous experience in fashion, showroom coordination, styling, visual merchandising, merchandising, or buying. You have a solid understanding of product and seasonal processes, proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and AI tools, along with fluent Spanish and very good English skills.
