sales and production for timely, cohesive product development Stay updated on materials, tools, and technologies in footwear design Participate in trade shows and industry events to gather inspiration Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related field 5+ years in footwear design with a strong portfolio People management experience and leadership ability Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes Excellent sketching, drawing, and visualization skills Strong market awareness and trend forecasting abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with 3D design tools and AI software is a plus strong communication leadership and mentoring collaboration Adobe Illustrator Photoshop * footwear construction knowledge
