You will be the technical architect and backbone of the platform, focusing on backend development with Python/Django and designing scalable AI-native architectures to orchestrate complex recruitment workflows using AI-assisted tools.
You will shape production-grade conversational AI systems, integrating LLMs and real-time interfaces with a strong emphasis on autonomy and efficiency.
