Tunen is a venture-backed startup taking the friction out of collecting farm data, so it can be used to build foundational agricultural datasets. Our products run on farms in Germany, Poland and Belgium and are rolling out to 10,000 farmers by early 2027.

The role

You will be the principal engineer on one of Tunen's new live projects, reporting directly to the founders. The project is a backend that turns unstructured farm data at scale into clean, domain-valid structured outputs, plus a web application where users review and correct what it produces.

What you will do

- Build the review application for values our engine extracts from farm documents. Models can be wrong in ways that look right, so doubtful values must be easy to find and corrections fast across large batches.
- Make one interface work across customers and parts of agriculture, without a new screen for each.
- Own the application's reliability, maintainability and continued development.




- Collaborate on the Python extraction pipeline behind it.
- Review code and learn from the reviews you get.

What we look for

- 3+ years building and running software in production.
- You ship end to end and own the result.
- Python and React experience.
- You use language models as part of how you write code, professionally.
- Some UX and UI expertise.
- On site in Madrid. Proficient English.

Nice to have

- You have built products on LLM APIs.
- You have onboarded or managed another engineer.
