We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies. We are seeking a Functional Analyst Junior to join our team. The idóneo candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of financial products within banking.

Fluent

English (B2+), knowledge of APIs and databases, and experience in banking or financial services are required. Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts. Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.

Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications,



Process Flows, User Stories). Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases. Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.

Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders. Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Language: High level of English (B2). Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial services.

Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
