About the Role The Reporting Senior Analyst supports the production, validation and continuous improvement of Group management reporting. The role consolidates financial and operational information from countries and corporate functions, performs data-quality and reconciliation controls, prepares recurring reports and dashboards, and contributes to the standardization and automation agenda of the Reporting Center of Excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Support the monthly Group management reporting cycle, following the reporting calendar and coordinating required inputs with countries, corporate functions and business lines.
- Collect, load, consolidate and validate Actual, Budget, Forecast and planning information across the agreed management reporting structures and versions.
- Prepare recurring management reports for Group, countries, corporate functions and business lines, including P&L;, Capex, cash-flow and KPI views.
- Perform completeness, accuracy, consistency and reconciliation checks between management reporting, underlying systems and approved financial sources.
- Investigate data discrepancies, coordinate corrections with data providers and maintain clear evidence of validations, adjustments and issue resolution.
- Support production and version control of reporting used in monthly performance reviews, ExCom, Board and other internal governance processes.
- Maintain reporting mappings, hierarchies and templates, distribution lists, report documentation and the KPI dictionary in line with approved governance.
- Prepare standard variance bridges and trend views to support the analytical work of Group Controlling.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and follow up on delayed or incomplete submissions, escalating material risks to the Head of Group Reporting.
- Support report rationalization and the Group reporting catalogue, identifying duplicate, manual or low-value outputs.
- Contribute to the design, testing and deployment of automated reports, dashboards,
workflows and system enhancements together with Business Analytics and IT.
- Prepare process documentation, control evidence, user guidance and training materials for Group reporting activities.
- Provide ad-hoc certified datasets and reporting support in response to Group Management Control requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardization and good data-governance practices across the reporting community.
Education
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Training or certification in data analytics, visualization or finance systems is valuable.
Languages
- English: Advanced, must-have.
- Spanish: Advanced, valuable.
- Other languages: Intermediate, valuable.
Tools & Systems
- MS Office Power Point: Advanced
- MS Office Excel: Advanced
- SAP FI or equivalent ERP: Intermediate
- PBCS / EPM planning and reporting tools: Intermediate, valuable.
- Power BI or equivalent visualization tools: Intermediate, valuable.
Experience
- At least 3–5 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A;, management control, consolidation, audit or similar finance roles.
- Experience with recurring closing, reporting cycles and consolidating information from multiple business units, countries or systems.
- Experience in a multinational, listed-company, telecom, infrastructure or TowerCo environment is valuable.
- Exposure to reporting automation, dashboarding or finance-system implementations is valuable.
Other Competences and Relevant Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of financial statements, management reporting and KPI concepts.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or data-quality issues.
- Advanced Excel capability and interest in reporting automation and visualization.
- Process discipline and ability to deliver accurately under recurring deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving, curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Teamwork, adaptability and customer-service orientation.
