As Hardware Industrialization Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation through series production, ensuring optimal balance between aesthetic excellence, strict timelines, cost efficiency, and technical reliability.

Job responsibilitiesDrive time-to-production targets and manage launch schedulesReview and validate aesthetics with Design in alignment with industrialization constraintsManage testing processes (request, follow-up, and validation) alongside suppliers and quality teamsConduct price negotiations, capacity analysis, and tooling/mould investments for productionOptimize manufacturing methods for each launch to drive cost improvementsOversee pre-series control, final approvals, master management, and PLM documentationEnsure system price updates and manage production risk analysisProvide technical expertise for root cause analysis and quality issue resolutionDefine, improve, and deploy technical standards across projectsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and countertyping analysisBuild and maintain relationships with industry experts, staying abreast of new technologies, laboratories,
