In this role you will lead ABB Motion Spain’s HSE and sustainability agenda, shaping a high-performance safety culture and driving continuous improvement across nationwide operations. You will collaborate with management, project teams, and external partners to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and embed ESG practices into business decisions. You’ll influence strategy as a key adviser within the Management Committee and contribute to ABB’s global HSE network.

This position blends strategic direction with hands-on leadership in a diverse, field-heavy environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead and develop Motion's HSE Specialist team and actively participate in the Internal Prevention Service (SPP)
- Design, implement and adapt the global HSE and Sustainability strategy for the Motion division in alignment with ABB Group guidelines
- Oversee risk identification, assessment and mitigation across workshops, projects and field services; drive electrical safety and conduct root-cause incident investigations
- Lead ESG initiatives focusing on decarbonisation,



energy efficiency and environmental footprint reduction; monitor and report key sustainability indicators
- Ensure compliance with Spanish OHS and environmental legislation; maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems; liaise with labour inspectors and regulators
- Promote digital transformation and data analytics to simplify workflows and enable data-driven decision making
- Act as primary strategic partner and technical authority within the Management Committee to foster a safety-conscious culture

Responsabilidades

- Official Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) with at least two preventive specializations
- Additional training in Sustainability/ESG, ISO 14001/45001 auditing or root-cause methodologies xugodme is valued
- u003e10 years of proven HSE leadership experience
- + direct experience in contractor management and coordination of activities in customer sites
- Ability to combine practical field experience with strategic business perspective and risk-to-value translation
- Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder management skills; commitment to continuous improvement and KPIs
- Fluency in English and Spanish
