Role Description The Ingeniero Electrico/Electronico will work on-site in El Astillero in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the industrial electricity and automation team. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical systems for industrial machinery and production lines, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting power distribution and control systems, participating in installation, commissioning,



and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment, and optimizing power systems for efficiency and reliability.

The engineer will coordinate with mechanical, automation, and production teams, assist in project planning and cost estimation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in industrial processes and equipment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to develop and review industrial electrical schematics and layouts.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electricity and Power Distribution to support safe and efficient installation and operation of industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess experience with Power Systems, including analysis, protection, and optimization of industrial power networks.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience in industrial environments, preferably in machinery, automation, or heavy manufacturing sectors.
- Understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and safety standards (e.g., PLCs, sensors, low-voltage systems) is beneficial.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings, use CAD/CAE tools, and create clear documentation and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in El Astillero and occasionally travel for commissioning or support of international projects.
