In this role, you will support TMF's HRP Integration services for multi‑jurisdictional clients, helping to tailor and roll out integrations across HR systems. You will work with the General Solutions and Onboarding teams to translate client needs into fit‑for‑purpose integration solutions. The position focuses on evolving TMF’s HRP integrations and ensuring smooth delivery for complex client projects.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Provide input and support to deliver TMF's Integration Service to prospective local and regional clients, aligning with client requirements
- Support the rollout of integrations to new clients, including new features and functionality
- Develop and deliver TMF Integration Service for clients using other HCM solutions
- Review solution performance, document improvements, and collaborate with IT Services on roadmaps
- Maintain integrations to manage country deviations and Workday functionality enhancements
- Create mappings documents to transform client integration files for TMF Local Offices




- Lead or contribute to business requirement gathering and blueprinting in complex client technology transformations
- Serve as a technical SME for TMF's global integration solutions and share knowledge through training or webinars
- Track and escalate risks and issues related to solutions or integrations in collaboration with PMs
- Support pre‑sales activities with technical solutions presentations to clients and internal teams
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to improve TMF's HRP offerings and onboarding processes

Responsabilidades

- Experience with Workday HCM and xugodme integrations
- Workday Integration certification is a plus
- Minimum of five years’ experience with integrations for HCM and ERP systems
- Client-facing role with proven presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of standard payroll processes beneficial
- Methodical and consultative approach to client and local team support
