We’re looking for an experienced IT Application Support Analyst with a strong Warehousing & Logistics background to support a WMS application serving warehousing and distribution operations within the Healthcare sector.

? Location: Madrid, Spain

? Work Model: Local to Madrid preferred; onsite attendance as required

?️ Language: Spanish speaker – Mandatory

? Employment Type: Contract

? Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience in WMS / Warehouse Management Systems
- Solid understanding of warehouse and distribution operations
- Experience in IT Application Support
- Hands-on experience managing the complete JIRA ticket lifecycle
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to investigate, resolve and follow up on application issues
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a structured IT service environment

? Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and support the WMS V10 application




- Provide application support for warehousing and distribution operations
- Manage incidents from ticket creation through resolution and closure
- Use JIRA to track, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with relevant technical/business teams
- Ensure timely and effective incident resolution
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues
- Maintain operational and support documentation
- Ensure compliance with established IT operational standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and application performance
