Job role: IT Application Support Analyst (Warehousing logistics background is essential)

Role Summary: We are looking for an IT Application Support Analyst able to support a WMS application in Madrid.

This person will be responsible for the maintenance of the WMS V10 system to support warehousing and distribution activities within the Healthcare sector.

Manages incident resolution and full ticket lifecycle through JIRA, ensuring timely and effective issue handling.

Ensures compliance with operational standards and contributes to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery and system performance.

Role Summary:

We are primarily looking for a functional/application support professional who can perform activities such as:

Provide Level 2 (L2) functional support before escalating issues to the development team.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and application functionality.





Deliver user training and ongoing user support.

Execute and document functional testing activities, both informal and formal.

Support post-implementation validations and maintenance activities.

From a functional perspective, experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable, as these are the main business applications supported by our team.

The candidate should also be fluent in both English and Spanish. English is required for communication with general teams and stakeholders, while Spanish is important because most of our development team and many end users in LATAM primarily communicate in Spanish.

Experience with SQL, particularly Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, is also highly desirable. The role frequently requires data analysis, troubleshooting, and validating application behavior through database queries.
