We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Banquets Manager to join our team ! Reporting into the Banquets Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Banquets department operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing daily banquet operations and event execution.
Coordinate with event planners, clients, and internal departments (kitchen, sales, housekeeping) to ensure smooth event delivery.
Supervise, train, and motivate banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Support inventory control, equipment maintenance,



and proper use of banquet facilities.
Participate in pre-event meetings and brief staff on event details and service expectations.
Experience: One to two years previous experience as an assistant manager position at Banquets or F ood & Beverage outlet. 2 ye ars of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space.
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems, including MICROS, Microsoft Office, and labor management and payroll systems .
Multiple communication approaches for various event guests and clients .
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Versátil schedule with ability to work all day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays .
