As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and early adoption of Uphill's solutions across healthcare organizations in Spain, working closely with public and private hospitals.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for implementations, acting as the main reference for clients during pilots and initial rollouts, and ensuring projects move forward effectively in complex healthcare environments.
Own relationships with key client stakeholders, including clinical leaders,



hospital management, and IT teams.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during pilots and early deployments.
Implementation & Project Leadership
Lead complex hospital implementation projects involving multiple departments and partners.
Define project plans, milestones, and responsibilities.
Work closely with Product, Clinical, Technical, and Commercial teams.
Coordinate with hospital IT teams and integration partners.
Ensure deployments demonstrate value early.
Experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience working with hospitals or digital health solutions is required.
Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private) is required.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
