Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned Value Recovery projects and drive them from identification to resolution.
- Review O&M; contracts and stay on top of contractual Liquidated Damages (LDs), bonuses, and other recovery opportunities.
- Review relevant warranty and contract requirements with support from the appropriate teams.
- Gather and organize the technical, operational, and commercial information needed for claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to progress claims and recovery actions.
- Track responsibilities, actions, deadlines, and outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up.atives.
- Maintain internal claims and recovery tracking tools and provide clear status updates.
- Identify delays or issues and elevate them when needed.
- Support the Value Recovery Team with other projects and activities.
- Maintain direct communication with clients.

Requirements

- Degree in Law, Double Degree in Law and Business Administration, Law and Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
- At least B2 in English (interview will be in English).
- At least one year of proven experience in the related functions. Experience in company and business law will be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills over email and telephone.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and in a client facing role.
- Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
- Must have analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and start adding value to the team immediately.
