1-year temporary contract – dedicated for young talent

it is mandatory to have graduated less than 3 years ago to be able to take part in the graduate program

We are looking for a Communication Graduate who will support the Communications department, more specifically the Education and PR areas, contributing to the development of communication materials, education tools and market-facing assets. This role will offer the opportunity to understand how communication differs across each area, from educational content designed for trainers and beauty consultants to PR materials aimed at press, influencers and markets. The graduate will gain hands‑on experience in adapting messages, tone and storytelling depending on the audience, helping to build clear, engaging and relevant communications.

What you'll get to do

Under the supervision of the Education Manager:

- Develop Communications for the Brand Experience education platform;
- Support Manager in the creation of Education Tool kits (masterbooks, launching kit, sales sheet);
- Organization of materials and assets to be shared with market teams.

Under the supervision of the PR Manager:

- Support in the creation of PR for launches and influencers activities;




- Follow up on advocacy plans with markets, ensuring key actions and timings are properly aligned;
- Coordinate with agencies the creation and collection and organization of PR assets.

We'd love to meet you if you have

- Spanish: native level for writing and speaking;
- English: level for conversation and emails.

Education

- Communications and Marketing;
- Understanding of social media metrics and KPI;
- Power point and Excel is mandatory: our tools are mostly ppt presentations and excel files;
- Good writing skills to understand marketing concepts & storytelling and adapt them to proper communication and language for our audience (influencers, trainers and beauty consultants);
- Creative thinker that can turn ideas into innovative tools

Experience in similar positions or Communications/sell though /retail.
