This role focuses on providing expert-level assistance for troubleshooting and repairing systems and equipment entirely through virtual channels. You will be a critical resource for clients experiencing technical difficulties, guiding them through diagnostic steps and resolution processes. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive remote technical support for maintenance and repair of client systems and devices.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes of technical issues remotely.
- Provide clear, concise, and patient guidance to clients for troubleshooting and repair procedures via phone, video, and chat.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and best practices for remote support.
- Escalate complex unresolved issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments, providing detailed technical information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote support processes and client service quality.

Requirements

- Substantial experience as a Técnico de Mantenimiento y Reparación or in a similar technical support capacity,



preferably with remote experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills applicable to a wide range of technical systems and equipment.
- Proficiency with remote access software, diagnostic utilities, and virtual communication platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms.
- Self-disciplined and highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
- A keen interest in technology and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
