The Email Marketing Specialist will carry out the following tasks, including:
- Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
- Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
- Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
- Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email
- campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
- Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
- Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email
- channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.
- Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects
