As a Labour Lawyer in Glovo’s HQ Legal Team, you will handle day‑to‑day labour implications for the business model, including inspections, disputes, and collaboration with external firms. You’ll review agreements and policies, manage large data sets, and translate complex issues into actionable guidance. This role places you at the centre of a fast‑paced, global startup environment, shaping how we navigate labour law for couriers and operations.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risk and support scalable growth.
