As Junior Privacy Counsel, you will help safeguard privacy across Delivery Hero’s global operations, focusing on GDPR compliance and data protection practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape privacy programs and support growth initiatives. You’ll handle privacy contracting, due diligence, and DPIAs, while contributing to AI governance and regulatory developments.

This role offers a hands-on, global remit within the DH Data Protection Office, with meaningful impact on the company’s responsible innovation and customer trust.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence
- Support data mapping, data processing inventories, and DPIAs
- Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies, notices and procedures




- Communicate privacy matters to DH Group management, audit committees, and business leadership
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and ensure remediation
- Manage investigations with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to AI governance frameworks

Responsabilidades

- 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
- Bachelor in Law or comparable degree
- EU privacy law certifications (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) are a xugodme plus
- Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and collaborative
