Our AI-driven solutions support global brands in delivering seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll own the technical delivery of integration projects, working directly with customers and partners to design, implement, and scale impactful solutions. This role is both hands‐on and customer‐facing, blending software engineering, solution architecture, and technical consulting.

Lead technical implementation and deployment of Parloa's platform within customer environments. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Parloa and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, and contact center platforms. Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Solution Engineering, Product, Partner Success)



to understand requirements and deliver custom configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues throughout deployment and go‐live. Mentor and guide partners and junior engineers during deployments. 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementation, or similar) within enterprise SaaS. ~ Strong hands‐on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration methodologies. ~ Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar). ~ Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, and networking concepts. ~ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. ~ Work closely with global brands and leading‐edge technology.
