In this role you will own multiple products end-to-end, building scalable web features and APIs while guiding a team. You will design and maintain React/JavaScript applications, GraphQL APIs on Node.js, and cloud-based services on AWS. You’ll drive architectural decisions, enforce engineering best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital products.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Take full technical ownership of multiple products, including feature development, improvements, and editorial support
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs using Node.js (NestJS a plus)
- Design and optimize AWS-based cloud applications and services
- Work with PostgreSQL and other databases for reliable data solutions
- Lead and mentor junior developers with technical direction
- Establish software engineering best practices: coding standards, reviews, Git, CI/CD, testing
- Continuously optimize architecture, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability




- Build reusable components and solutions across products and teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate solutions, identify risks, and drive projects
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment meeting timelines
- Provide technical guidance and drive solutions while seeking feedback when appropriate

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years architecting and building scalable web apps
- Expert-level JavaScript with strong React experience
- Extensive experience building GraphQL APIs with Node.js
- Strong AWS experience (S3, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, Lambda)
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and database tech
- Proven CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions xugodme or Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance, maintainability
- Experience with software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, documentation)
- Experience providing technical direction and mentoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment
