In this role you help shape the game vision and ensure a cohesive, innovative AA experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional leads to guide tone, gameplay, and progression across the project. You’ll lead the design team and coordinate with level design to align mechanics and growth.

You play a pivotal role in maintaining quality while adapting to new ideas, contributing to Gameloft’s ongoing growth and global projects. This position offers the chance to influence responsive design across PC/console/mobile titles within a leading studio.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Collaborate with Creative Director, Studio Manager, Game Manager, and team leads to define and execute the game vision
- Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game with a focus on innovation and a strong AA experience
- Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive game experience
- Coordinate with level design teams to align mechanics with progression




- Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation
- Build cross-department relationships across Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, Production and HR
- Allocate and plan resources and roadmap with managers and producers
- Participate in recruitment for game designers

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years in game design with lead or principal positions
- Released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior game designer
- Experience in 3Cs and gameplay xugodme systems design for PC/Console action genres
- Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal
- Proficiency in meta-game, progression, balancing, UI/UX, level design, and narrative
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the gaming market and trends
- Ability to maintain a defined creative strategy while remaining adaptable
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma (industry tools)
- Fluent in English
