Minimum requirements: spoken and written Spanish, English and/or German (other languages such Swedish, Italian, Portuguese, French, etc. Our clients and some of our suppliers are international, so we ask candidates without a very high level of English and/or German not to apply.
Basic proficiency in AUTOCAD and/or REVIT.
Good proficiency in MS PROJECT, PRESTO, OFFICE or other projects management tools.
We are looking for an architect, technical architect or engineer specialized in project management to manage our projects in Mallorca. At least 8 years of professional experience in construction project management and/or as site manager in the residential (detached houses) and/ or hospitality sector is required. Thereof a minimum of 5 years managing absolute high-end projects is required.
You must be able to manage high-end projects independently during the later phase of the planning process (design development/ proyecto de ejecución), tendering and construction processes as well as close-out and hand-over.
Manage quantity take-offs, budgets and tenders during the planning phase.
Check change orders,



progress certificates and final accounts to ensure we respect our client budget.
Carry out site management and quality control, costs review and schedule together with the project supervision team (architect and aparejador).
Manage permitting and licensing with local authorities
General contractor, consultants, special trades, local authorities
Manage day-to-day activities on site with the general contractor
Occasionally produce drawings in AutoCAD
