Qonto provides accounting products as part of a finance workspace for small and medium-sized businesses.

Задачи:

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, deciding what to build, why, and in what order, in collaboration with engineers, designers, and subject-matter experts
- Build a deep understanding of German accounting processes
- Define and implement the German accounting strategy, understand customer needs, assess what to build in-house or cover through partnerships, and shape a useful offering for German SMEs
- Use AI tools to deliver faster and identify where automation can turn accounting from a mandatory task into a competitive advantage
- Challenge assumptions, build prototypes quickly, and work toward the best possible product
- Operate with squad autonomy, owning the roadmap,



choosing approaches, and delivering independently

Требования:

- Deep expertise in German accounting and experience working at or closely with a German accounting technology company
- Concrete examples of products taken from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled, with a focus on outcomes and confident trade-off decisions
- Use AI across research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing as a product lever
- Fluent German
- Very good English
