PER is partnering with a growing European Real Assets investor to hire a Portfolio Associate in Valencia. You will support portfolio modelling and valuation cycles by building and updating financial asset models, adjusting cash flows with new assumptions, and performing in-depth asset analysis to inform investment decisions.
You will liaise with external advisors, monitor debt compliance, support investor reporting, and contribute to hold/sell analysis.
