Are you looking for an outdoor role in agriculture on Mallorca? An agricultural company in Valldemossa is seeking an Agricultural Worker to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract. If you have solid experience handling farm machinery and enjoy practical field work, this position is for you.

In this role, your daily tasks will cover a wide range of agricultural activities:

- Preparing and conditioning soil for seeding and planting using a tractor.
- Carrying out seeding, planting, transplanting, crop replenishment, and fertilization.
- Monitoring irrigation systems and managing crop watering.
- Pruning, clearing brush, weeding, and applying phytosanitary treatments when authorized.
- Harvesting, grading, sorting, loading, and transporting produce, tools, and materials.
- Performing basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on tools, machinery, and farm facilities.

What you bring to the position:

- At least 12 months of experience in agricultural work,



specifically with tractor operation (essential).
- A valid category B driving licence (essential).
- Official phytosanitary certification or formal agricultural training is valued.
- Attention to plant health, workplace safety regulations, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What the position offers:

- A permanent contract with full-time employment.
- A gross annual salary of 17,500 € paid across 12 monthly payments.
- A fixed Monday-to-Friday work schedule: winter hours from 07:00 to 15:00 (October 1 to April 30) and summer hours from 06:00 to 14:00 (May 1 to September 30).
- A steady working environment based in Valldemossa.
