JOB DESCRIPTION

Management of social media accounts and execution of Digital projects, contributing to strategic planning and action plans in coordination with the assigned team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of digital communications strategies aligned with client's business, reputation and positioning objectives.
- Manage client´s digital presence across social media platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, including editorial planning, community management, campaign activation, conversation monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Design and implement content strategies for corporate environments, developing editorial plans, key messages and content tailored to different digital channels.
- Create, edit and manage content for social media, websites, blogs and newsletters, ensuring consistency in the organization's narrative and tone of voice.
- Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities, providing strategic advice and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor digital conversations and identify reputational risks, supporting the management of sensitive situations or crises when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE





- Bilingual in English and Spanish , both written and spoken. Native-level proficiency or C2 Proficiency (CPE).
- At least four years of experience managing digital communications strategies and projects within an agency, consultancy or in-house environment.
- Experience managing social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, as well as adapting content to corporate environments and thought leadership.
- Ability to create and manage content tailored to different channels and audiences, with a particular focus on corporate environments.
- Proficiency in social listening and monitoring tools for tracking digital conversations, identifying opportunities and detecting potential reputational risks.
- Ability to analyze results, prepare performance reports and turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Highly organized profile with strong planning skills, autonomy and attention to detail.
