We are a German holding company operating across the construction and real estate industry – based in Berlin. Marketing and business development for the entire group is managed centrally from Barcelona.

We're looking for someone to join our team and take things to the next level together with us.

What to expect

You'll be stepping into an existing setup and helping us grow it further. Email campaigns, newsletters, lead research, outreach to target clients, sales materials, website management – you'll work closely with the management and bring your own ideas to the table. Creativity is very much welcome here.

What you bring

- Native-level German, spoken and written
- First experience in B2B marketing, sales, or both
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Brevo, Mailchimp or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- You live in Barcelona or are happy to relocate
- A self-directed working style and genuine enthusiasm for what you do
