Job Summary

At Tetra Pak Iberia we are now looking for a Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and provide support for key accounts and customers.

You will have the responsibility to lead the approach to categories development by identifying category opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, to enable Tetra Pak to achieve our growth and market share ambitions.

This is a permanent position based in Arganda Del Rey, Spain.

What You Will Do

As Marketing Specialist in this position, you will:

- Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics, sharing them with both customers and the commercial team
- Develop segmentation/positioning tools and models that can be used to highlight opportunities for customers
- Be responsible for category promotional investment budget
- Follow up and support on promotional investment campaigns for customers, following the guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and participate in webinars related to the category
- Organize events to improve customer experience
- Work with relevant customers of the Categories to ensure a constant flow of information and exposure to innovation;
- Identify trends, opportunities and action plans; identify, collect and communicate best practices and successful business cases that have secured new opportunities and business for customers and for Tetra Pak;




- Deliver high impact & insightful presentations to internal audience and key customer meetings;
- Contribute and take responsibility of specific activities within the team.

We believe you have

- University degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
- Fluent in Spanish and English communication skills. Portuguese is a plus
- Min. 4 years of experience within Marketing/Product Management in food FMCG
- Ability to work together with other stakeholders, by demonstrating strong informal authority abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong negotiation skills which support you to drive decisions effectively
- Open-minded and adaptable attitude, strong customer orientation and focus
- Analytical mind, systematic and able to prioritize effectively
- Experience in Communication, which will be considered as advantage
