As a Modern Workplace Endpoint Engineer, you design, build and operate enterprise endpoint-management and device-migration capabilities for a complex international separation programme. You work hands-on with MECM, Windows 11 imaging, OS Deployment and patching, collaborating with infrastructure, network, identity and security teams. You support pilots and migrations while ensuring security, asset accuracy and uninterrupted service for end users.

This role sits in the Workplace Engineering Practice, driving technical leadership on strategic projects powered by the Microsoft Cloud. You’ll contribute to impactful, globally scalable solutions and life-changing innovations for billions of people

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, build and validate MECM environments including databases, site roles, boundaries, discovery, Distribution Points, Management Points, PXE, certificates and RBAC
- Create and maintain Windows 11 light images and MECM OS Deployment task sequences with drivers, apps, security, encryption, browser and Office hardening, and AppLocker
- Review and adapt application inventories, repackage country-specific apps, ensuring distribution and hardware compatibility
- Prepare and validate IT Corner and device-staging capabilities, including networking integrations (DNS, DHCP, AD, PKI, KMS) and NAC




- Plan and execute country pilots and controlled migration waves with device assessment, handover, rotation and exception management
- Operate and troubleshoot MECM services, patching via WSUS and Patch My PC, client health, deployment, diagnostics and stock/loan-device management
- Maintain asset, peripheral and ownership records across source and target CMDBs and reconcile device lifecycle
- Produce architecture, design, deployment, testing, DR, training and handover documentation with evidence against acceptance criteria
- Coordinate delivery across countries and collaborate with Client Management, End User Support, Network, Hosting, IAM, Security, Service Desk and local teams

Responsabilidades

- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager xugodme (MECM) design, deployment and operations
- Hands-on Windows 11 imaging, OS Deployment, driver integration and packaging
- Knowledge of patch management (WSUS, Patch My PC) and endpoint security hardening
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure integration (DNS, DHCP, AD, PKI, KMS, NAC) and network/security services
- Ability to plan pilots and migrations across multiple countries with stakeholder coordination
- Experience with CMDBs, asset management and lifecycle reconciliation
- Capability to produce technical documentation and handover materials
- Cross-functional collaboration across IT domains (infrastructure, network, IAM, security, service desk)
