In this role you will develop and execute the local medical plan, building scientific partnerships with KOLs and institutions to advance evidence-based medical leadership in oncology. You will act as the in-field medical expert, translating data into credible medical activities and ensuring compliant dissemination of new clinical data. You will collaborate across regions and functions to support therapeutic areas, educational programs, and sponsor-driven research while maintaining rigorous regulatory and ethical standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and consolidate local KOL and scientific institution networks to support scientific leadership
- Serve as the in-field oncology medical expert
- Collect and analyze field medical intelligence; identify investigators and collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and provide country-level support for therapeutic areas
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs to implement scientific strategies locally
- Observe and assess competitor drugs
- Attend scientific meetings and conferences
- Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field
- Prepare scientific talks and presentations
- Disseminate new Pfizer data accurately and compliantly




- Ensure strong medical presence at investigational sites and key centers
- Provide scientific leadership for investigator relationships
- Discuss research grant proposals internally with country medical team
- Support independent sponsored research and non-interventional studies
- Facilitate clinical research and interventional trials (Phase 1-4) with Pfizer drugs
- Manage post-marketing studies (clinical trials, observational/pharmacoepidemiological studies)
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and support regional KOLs and scientific societies
- Support training of customer-facing colleagues on clinical data
- Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and translate medical insights into plans
- Track internal activities and field interactions through periodic reporting xugodme
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades

- MD, MBA, PhD and/or oncology expertise strongly desired
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
- Strong customer orientation and science-based mindset
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to rapidly adopt digital technologies and tools in medical interactions
- Working knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance
- Willingness to travel; valid driver's license
