As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR, you partner with local KOLs and scientific institutions to advance evidence-based access and advocacy. You serve as the in-field medical expert for GU tumours and lead the local medical plan aligned with corporate goals. You connect scientific insights from investigators to strategic initiatives, drive medical education and collaboration, and ensure compliant, data-driven communication of new clinical data.

This role combines scientific leadership with cross-functional collaboration to elevate Pfizer’s medical presence.

- Build and consolidate a local network of KOLs and scientific institutions to support medical leadership
- Serve as the in-field medical expert in GU tumours
- Gather and translate field insights on investigators and competitive activity to identify collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and provide in-country support for the therapeutic area
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs at the local level and support scientific strategies in territory
- Monitor competitor drugs and attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences
- Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field and disseminate data to the scientific community
- Prepare and deliver scientific talks and presentations, ensuring rapid, compliant dissemination of new data




- Maintain strong medical presence at investigational sites and key centers; support research grants and independent sponsored research
- Facilitate clinical research and interventional trials (Phase 1–4) and manage post-marketing studies
- Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities with regional KOLs and scientific societies
- Contribute medical input to cross-functional teams and share insights to inform company plans
- Document field activities and communications through regular reporting and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Responsabilidades

- MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
- Experience as MSL/MSR and Oncology/hematology domain knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English
- Clinical/epidemiology background with Oncology, Immunology, xugodme clinical trials, or translational medicine preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (scientific and non-scientific)
- Experience in medical writing and submission to peer-reviewed journals
- Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and adapt to digital tools in medical interactions
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance
- Experience with pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation understanding
- Travel willingness and valid driver’s license
- Interest in innovation, AI and digital environments
