In this role you drive scientific partnerships with local KOLs to support access and advocacy with evidence. You act as the in-field medical expert for GU tumours and lead country medical plans aligned with business goals. You collaborate across internal teams to disseminate data, enable research, and enhance Pfizer’s scientific presence at sites and institutions.

You’ll shape medical communications, support educational activities, and ensure compliant, timely dissemination of new data. This position offers a meaningful chance to influence clinical practice and research in oncology within a regional setting.

- Develop and maintain a network of local KOLs and scientific institutions to support scientific leadership
- Serve as in-field medical expert for GU tumours
- Generate field intelligence on investigators, competitive activities, and collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and provide in-country support for the therapeutic area
- Promote central-level medical activities to KOLs and implement scientific strategies locally
- Observe and assess competitor drugs
- Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences
- Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field
- Prepare scientific talks and presentations
- Ensure prompt, compliant dissemination of new clinical data within product label
- Maintain strong medical presence at investigational sites and scientific centers
- Provide scientific/technical leadership for credible relationships with investigators




- Participate in internal grant discussions and support independent sponsored research and non-interventional studies
- Facilitate clinical research and interventional trials (phase 1-4) with Pfizer drugs
- Manage post-marketing studies (observational/pharmacoepidemiological)
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and support promotional activities with KOLs and scientific societies
- Support internal training for customer-facing colleagues on clinical data
- Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and generate medical insights
- Track internal activities and field interactions through periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and European/local regulations in all activities

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Health Sciences
- MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
- MSL/MSR experience and Oncology/hematology knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English
- Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, xugodme Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
- Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
- Project management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Team collaboration and multi-functional teamwork
- Ability to rapidly adopt new digital technologies in medical interactions
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
- Computer skills
- Interest in AI, digital environment, statistics
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
- Ideally understanding of local healthcare landscape and drug development processes
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation
