The business is undergoing a period of consolidation and optimisation, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key role in strengthening financial processes, reporting, and strategic decision-makingDescripciónBuild and maintain the group's consolidated cash flow forecast, integrating multiple entities, jurisdictions, and currencies.Manage liquidity planning and scenario modelling, ensuring adequate cash availability throughout seasonal business cycles.Drive working capital optimisation through inventory management, supplier payment terms, receivables control, and intercompany cash pooling initiatives.Assess external financing opportunities when required as an additional liquidity lever.Coordinate the monthly closing and group consolidation process.Lead management reporting activities and provide accurate financial information to senior leadership.Coordinate, consolidate, and validate budgets and forecasts prepared across the organisation.Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors,



and legal advisors.Oversee corporate tax matters across several jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.Lead and develop the finance team, covering treasury, credit control, and accounting support functions.Ensure robust accounting processes, reliable monthly closings, and compliance with statutory and fiscal obligations.Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting tools across the organisation.
