Role Description The Occupational Therapist at Neural Nexus will work full time on-site in Seville, providing client-centered therapeutic interventions to support individuals in improving daily living, cognitive, and motor skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based occupational therapy techniques in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role involves guiding clients through rehabilitation activities, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions to promote independence, participation, and quality of life.

The Occupational

Therapist will maintain accurate documentation,



communicate regularly with families and caregivers, and participate in case discussions to ensure continuity of care. The position may also support program development, contribute to educational initiatives, and promote best practices in occupational therapy within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to neurological, physical, and psychosocial conditions impacting occupational performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children and adolescents in clinical or educational settings.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent), valid professional licensure/registration as required, and experience in clinical or community-based practice are highly beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include empathy, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving abilities, documentation and record-keeping proficiency, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
