As part of a 5-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave , we are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee in-store deployments, ensure high service quality and build robust processes to support rapid and sustainable growth.

This is a key role within the Spanish business: you will act as the country's operational point of contact , with a direct impact on execution, quality and the experience of our retail partners and clients.

Your mission Deployment & Operations Oversee the deployment of equipment across stores and retail chains (pre-installation site visits, installation monitoring, etc.) Coordinate local service providers and establish clear governance and ways of working Act as the operational point of contact between retailers, partners and Médiaperformances Identify recurring operational issues and implement optimisation and improvement plans (quality, timelines, coordination) Manage stock and equipment,



including inventory management and after-sales service Support the identification and negotiation of local partners when required Quality & KPIs Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement across retailers and at country level Coordinate alerts and escalations with the Country Manager and the French Operations team Conduct field audits and ensure regular monitoring of service quality The profile we are looking for At least 5 years of experience in operations, ideally in environments involving physical deployments and partner/vendor coordinationA hands-on, technically minded operational profileExcellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential)B2/C1 level English minimum (French is a plus)Strong analytical skills, autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and excellent communication skills This position would be particularly suited to candidates with experience in: FMCG / Consumer Goods / multinational environmentsDemand Planning / Supply Chain / Trade OperationsOperational project management in retail and/or advertising environments What we offer A role offering strong autonomy and genuine ownershipA start-up environment, with a business under development, fast decision-making and immediate impactThe opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry: Retail MediaA steep learning curve and the opportunity for the role to evolve naturally as the Spanish business grows
