What Makes This Role ExcitingOur fast-growing team in the Barcelona is looking for a Payments Specialist who will work with customers and payment providers to ensure all payments off the back of payroll are made accurately and on time. The successful candidate will work with the team to provide the modern pay experience to our clients.

Main ResponsibilitiesLiaise with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory paymentsEnsuring funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and managing clients to ensure requests are complied withPreparation and review of reconciliation reports for the use of client's accounting departmentMaintenance of process documentation as requiredEnsuring bank details for any new payees are correctly set upAssist, as necessary,
