In this role, you will shape Contentsquare’s global People operating model and governance at scale. You will drive Workday strategy, data governance, and cross-functional programs to enable a data-driven, automated People function. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, Audit, Legal, and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant processes while advancing automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Own global People governance and alignment across processes with senior People leadership
- Act as escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data issues
- Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure controls and secure data access




- Translate People needs into technical requirements and shape Workday roadmap/backlog
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and leverage AI for processes
- Oversee data governance and integrity of People data for analytics and AI
- Develop dashboards and data solutions for better decision-making
- Lead cross-functional People cycles (performance, compensation) and change management

Responsabilidades

- Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of general xugodme People processes, data and governance
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Interest in automation, AI and People Technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior level
