The Role

As our Post-production Coordinator / Editor, you'll be the one who brings SIERRA's projects over the finish line. From the moment a project moves into post-production until final delivery, you own the process and progress. You take over from our Lead Producer and make sure every project is finished flawlessly, on time and on budget, with the level of craft SIERRA stands for.

This role combines two worlds: you will coordinate the post-production of most projects at SIERRA, and you will also edit selected projects yourself. Our work spans three types of production: traditional shoots, hybrid productions that blend live-action with AI, and fully AI-generated campaigns. No experience with AI productions yet is no problem. Your post-production expertise is what matters most, and we'll get you up to speed on the AI side together with our AI Lead and team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a detail-driven editor and organiser who wants to shape the future of modern production with us. We value the energy of in-person collaboration: this role is based out of our Barcelona office, where you will work 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days offering the flexibility to work from the office or from home.

What You'll Do

As a core member of our team, you will focus on:

Post-production Leadership

- Act as the post-production lead for multiple projects in parallel, from the handover by the Lead Producer until final delivery.
- Plan and manage post-production timelines, budgets and feedback rounds, anticipating risks before they become problems.
- Be the main point of contact for clients during the post-production phase, keeping them informed, aligned and confident.
- When workload peaks and multiple projects run in parallel, bring in and lead external editors to keep things moving,



while staying accountable for the overall result.
- Ensure every deliverable meets the right technical specs and formats, and that all project files are properly archived.
- Build and manage SIERRA's network of post-production talent and partners.
- Continuously improve our post-production workflows, templates and tools, so we get sharper with every project.

Hands-on Editing

Depending on the scale of a project and what else is running, you'll either only lead the post-production from above or also edit it yourself.

- Edit selected projects yourself, across traditional, hybrid and AI-driven productions.
- Translate the creative direction into edits that are sharp, well-paced and true to SIERRA's signature style.
- Prepare edits for the next steps in the process, such as grading, sound design, VFX and final mastering.
- Create and edit content for SIERRA's own channels, from behind-the-scenes and promotional videos to showreels for our roster.

Who You Are: The Ideal Profile

You are a skilled editor with a talent for organisation, equally comfortable managing the full post-production process as fine-tuning a cut down to the frame.

- Significant track record as a Post-production Coordinator, Post Producer and/or Editor, preferably within a production house, post house or creative agency.
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, with a great sense of rhythm, storytelling and pacing.




- Solid understanding of the full post-production workflow, including grading, sound, VFX and delivery specs.
- You can juggle multiple projects at once without losing sight of the details.
- You are calm under pressure, even when feedback rounds pile up and deadlines get tight.
- You are a clear and confident communicator, with clients as well as with creative collaborators.
- You are curious about AI and eager to explore hybrid post-production workflows together with the SIERRA team and external collaborators.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- A strong network within the post-production scene is a big plus.
- You thrive on autonomy and the responsibility to deliver excellence.
