In this role you will shape actuarial pricing and performance management for European business within MRS-GM. You will work closely with underwriting and actuarial teams to develop pricing capabilities, model risk, and support territory expansion. You’ll balance technical pricing work with stakeholder communication to drive profitable growth in a dynamic European market. This is an opportunity to directly influence pricing strategy and product design in a collaborative, diverse environment.

- Pricing Strategy Development
- Support pricing capabilities across Lines of Business in Europe
- Assist underwriting with product design and pricing changes
- Data analysis and modelling for risk assessment and pricing scenarios
- Case pricing of large or unusual accounts using frequency/severity simulations
- Technical analyses and deep-dive reviews (e.g., inflation)
- Actuarial analyses for onboarding territories or MGAs
- Present pricing results and recommendations to stakeholders




- Create and maintain pricing tools and training for underwriters
- Expand actuarial, modelling, and statistical techniques with cross-team collaboration
- Ensure pricing practices comply with regulations
- Track price adequacy and performance; lead profitability exercises
- Produce pricing management information for underwriters and senior management

Responsabilidades

- At least 2 years of pricing-focused actuarial experience in commercial insurance
- Strong relationship-building with stakeholders
- Experience with modelling and data
- Understanding xugodme of standard reserving methods
- Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative with underwriters
- Knowledge of European commercial insurance products, processes, and regulation
- Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to present to senior management
- Ability to work in a small, dynamic team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic/commercial outlook
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning applications in pricing
- Fluency in English; other European languages a plus
